Lisa Cortez of North Providence RI passed away on Sunday August 25, 2019 after a 2 year battle with cancer. Lisa is survived by her two children; daughter Crystal Pontbriant 30 and Christian Cortez 16. Other family members include Mother Irene Pontbriant, Father Gerald Pontbriant, Sisters Mary Pontbriant, Susan Stegnick, Robin Harnois, and brother Robert Pontbriant.

Lisa was devoted to her family, especially her children. She was an active Christian and member of “Embassy of Christ Church” in North Providence where she attended services. Lisa was an inspiration to us all. She maintained a positive attitude under the most adverse conditions and her dedication and faith in Jesus was most admirable..

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 1st, from 2 pm until 3:30 pm followed by a service at 3:30 pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
