Jaymie Robinson, "Black Bear", 62, passed on January 7th. He was the husband of Julie Ann (Triggs) Robinson. They have shared lives for almost 50 years.
Born in Westerly, A member of the Narragansett Indian Tribe. He was a son of the late Arthur Berry Robinson Sr., and Dorothy Fay (Northup) Robinson.
Jaymie had been employed the Senior Receiver at Miriam Hospital for 38 years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Jaymie Brian Robinson “Black Wolfâ€, a daughter, Brianna Chance Robinson, "Laughing Wolf" Julio Paul Pina, who was like a son to Jaymie, grandchildren, Deavanna Hope, Deonte, Keiarra Marie, Devon James, Javeah Chance and Jayvin Salvatore, his siblings, Olison Best, Arthur Robinson Jr., Eric Robinson, Donnie Ray Robinson, Charles Stokes, Desiree Robinson, Kimberly Robinson, Dean Robinson, Gwendolyn Robinson and Joseph Robinson, his dearest friend, Edwin Rodriguez and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 14th from 10am until noon in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence.
