Elsie Cruz, 71, passed on March 2nd. She was the mother of Arlene Otero and also leaves grandchildren and siblings. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 5th from 10am until noon, followed by a funeral service at noon in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
