Our Beloved Michael D. Giannini, 39, sadly passed on 3/12/2020 after a 4-year battle with cancer.

He was born in Providence, Rhode Island to parents Cynthia Giannini and the late Nicholas Giannini. He is survived by his wife and long-time love Jessica Giannini and daughter Sadey. He leaves behind his sister, Nichola Grant and her husband, Jason Grant; his brother Anthony Giannini Sr. and his wife Heather Giannini as well as nephews and nieces Vincent Grant, Anthony Giannini Jr. and Mary Ellen and Faithe Fernandez. He also leaves behind his loyal dog and sidekick, Gus.

After being diagnosed he decided to fight like the savage beast he was. He was a dedicated worker for the Local 6 Union and stubbornly worked until his untimely death.

His passions included family and friends, which he celebrated often by throwing memorable ragers, his local union brothers, all things nature, the Boston Bruins, everything Christmas related and long summers on Block Island.

A service will be held this Saturday, March 14th from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home located at 5 Higginson Avenue Lincoln, Rhode Island.
