Scott K. Gibbons, 51, passed unexpectedly on March 15th.
Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Cheryl (Brewer) Ukleja and late Kenneth Gibbons and his wife Linda. He was the stepson of the late John M. Ukleja, and Scott had worked for Gilbane Construction and then Laurel Mead Retirement Community on Blackstone Boulevard. He was a well-known painter, and helped in the construction of the Keefe Funeral Home. Scott was a friend to many people in various walks of life.
He is survived by his maternal grandmother, Evelyn Hallworth, two siblings, Todd Ukleja and Wendy Ukleja, her husband, Joe Dourado, two half siblings, James Gibbons, his wife Tracey, and Lori Gibbons, two nephews, Todd Ukleja and Joseph Dourado and fiance Michelle, his daughter, Sophia, a niece, Sabrina Dourado. He was the brother of the late John K. Gibbons.
A celebration of his life will he held Monday, June 29th from 5pm until 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
