Lucy Anastacio Girard, 62, passed on March 29, 2020. Born in Terceira Azores, Portugal, daughter to the late Isidro Anastacio and Maria D. Anastacio. She is survived by her son, Jeffery Anastacio; daughter-in-law, Rosa and grandchildren, Alexandra, Carla and Brian. She is also survived by her sister, Nivea Botelho; brother-in-law, Antonio Botelho; nephews, Derek Botelho and Brian Botelho.
Lucy was a hard worker with a huge heart who loved taking care of people. She worked for many years as a CNA and her last years as a Caregiver caring for the elderly. She was very proud of her Portuguese culture and would often attend Portuguese social events. Lucy loved animals and loved spending a day at the beach. Most important to Lucy was the times she was able to be around family and friends, she cherished the good memories and every moment she had with her little Alexandra.
Lucy will be dearly missed and live in our hearts and memories forever.
