Martin Walsh, 70, of Central Falls, RI passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 8th at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence.
He was the living & devoted husband of the late Jeannine Walsh and son of the late Martin & Henrietta Walsh. He was predeceased by his son Michael A. Walsh.
Martin lived in Central Falls his entire life. He worked for Mahr-Federal for 20+ years, retiring in 2011. Marty loved his cats, especially Ghost. He enjoyed reading, camping at Ginny B in Foster & traveling, especially to Nova Scotia with Jeannine.
He leaves behind his sister, Etta Vandal & her husband, Dennis of Amherst, Mass. His daughter, Christine Hart & her 2 sons Joshua & Andrew and Michael's 3 sons Russell, Spenser & Denis as well as his 3 daughters Amber, Jennifer & Grace.
In light of the current world situation, a memorial service will be held in the fall.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in his name to the Jeanne Jugan Residence Home, 264 Main Street in Pawtucket.
