Michael Henry Keefe, 59, of Sarasota, Florida, passed away on April 18, 2020.
Born on May 29, 1960, he was the son of the late Henry Keefe, Jr. and Rollande C. Keefe, of Central Falls, Rhode Island. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in French. Mike was talented at most anything he did, traveled extensively and had careers in many fields. A lover of warm weather, he made his home primarily in Sarasota, Florida.
He is survived by a sister, Debra Keefe Perrone, her husband, Dr. Howard Perrone, their son, Carl of Warren; Philip H. Keefe, his wife, Patricia (Gorelczenko) Keefe, their triplets, Timothy, Margaret and Matthew Keefe of Cumberland; Thomas H. Keefe, his wife Cinda (Goncalves) and daughter, Heather Leigh Keefe, stepson Kye, of Lincoln; and Raymond H. Keefe, his wife Terrell Anderson of Vermont, as well as many close relatives. He also leaves behind many dear friends, especially Christopher Baker of Colorado, Matthew Casella, Dr. Thomas McGuire, and the late David Ellwanger of Sarasota, Florida.
Burial was private in St. Joseph Cemetery, Cumberland.
A celebration of his life will be held when we can responsibly assemble to share our grief and love of a truly gentle being.
