Joanne M. Russell Harvey, 45, of Lincoln, passed away on July 21, 2020 in Providence, R.I. She was the wife of Jason Harvey. Born in Putnam, CT she was a daughter of Marie Rose Noel and Billy Russell.
She is survived by three children, Jacklyn Martin, Alexa Harvey, Richard Capracotta Jr.; a brother, Arthur La-Chappelle; a niece, Monica La-Chappelle; loving best friend, Richard Capracotta. She was predeceased by six siblings, Jack Russell, Joey, Roger, John, Gordon and Bob La-Chappelle.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend call hours on Saturday, August 1st from 2:00 - 4:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a funeral home service at 4:00pm. Burial is private. Due to COVID-19, all are required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Live streaming will be available.
