Filomena Leal, 96, passed on August 25th. She was the wife of the late Antonio Leal. Born in Terceira, Azores, a daughter of the late Manuel M. and Eleuteria Enes da SilvaBarcelos.
She is survived by three brothers, Arcenio, Jose and Benjamin Barcelos, fouor sisters, Maria de Fatima Barcelos, Adelaide Barcelos (Tessier), Arlete B. Gomes and Egypcia B. Sousa and many nieces, nephews, great niecs and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Belmiro E. Barcelos, Isaias E. Barcelos, Joao E. Barcelos, Jeremias Barcelos and Manuel E. Barcelos.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 31st from 6pm until 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony Church, Lawn Ave, Pawtucket on Tuesday, September 1st at 10am. Burial will follow in Mt St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
