Yvette Valentine, 78, passed on October 1, 2020. She was the wife of the late Ronald Valentine and companion of Al Buteau of Pawtucket. Yvette was the daughter of the late Roger and Dorothy (Bergeron) Laberge.
Mrs. Valentine had been employed by Osram Sylvania of Central Falls, RI for 18 ½ years as a Quality Control Inspector retiring in 2002, Christmas Eve was her favorite time of year, loved family get togethers, collected angels, loved yard sales, dancing, cooking was a passion, She had a great sense of humor and was known also to the family as the “The yard sale banditâ€. She will be missed dearly by all.
Mrs. Valentine is survived by her children, Laurie Buteau, her husband Roger Buteau of Pawtucket RI, Ronald Valentine of Johnston RI, Ann Robertson, her husband, John Robertson of Attleboro MA, Steven Valentine of Pawtucket RI and Glenn Valentine of Pawtucket, RI, two sisters, Lucille Corbett of Rumford, RI and Jacqueline Fontaine of North Attleboro, a brother, Jerry Laberge of Chepachet RI, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 10th from 4pm until 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
