Debra A. Barnes, 69, passed away in New Haven, CT on November 1, 2020. She was the wife of the late Marvin Barnes. Born in Providence, RI, she was a daughter of the late Frank Sr. and Virginia (Tavares) Santos. Debra resided in Connecticut for over 20 years. She worked as a paraprofessional for the City of New Haven for many years and was co-owner of MLK Business Forms in New Haven, CT.
She is survived by a daughter, Tiffani Barnes; a granddaughter, Madison Rollins; siblings, Frank Santos Jr. and his wife Wilmette, Doreen Fortes and her husband Joseph, Lisa Davis and her husband Ronnie; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Diane Santos.
