On Monday, November 30, 2020, Carl Bryant II, known by friends as CL or Philly, loving son, brother and father passed away at the age of 33.

Carl was born on January 17, 1987 in Philadelphia PA to Renee Kelley and Carl Bryant. He attended Monsignor Bonner and Kennedy Kendrick High Schools before going on to attend Xavier University in New Orleans, LA where he majored in Business Administration. After college he returned home to Philadelphia where he resided a few years before moving to Rhode Island.

Carl, a gifted pianist, always had a passion for music, leading to his involvement in the Music/Entertainment Industry. The son of two business owners, his entrepreneurial mindset was natural, going on to invest and own several businesses himself. He lived life to the fullest, traveling often and always dressed to the nines. Above all was the love Carl had for his family and friends, especially his daughter Zeena born in 2018, who was the light of his life.

Carl is survived by his parents Renee Kelley and Carl Bryant; daughter Zeena Renee Bryant; sister Carla Renee Bryant; niece Nina-Marae Bryant; brothers Dre and Wiz; and several cousins and close friends.
