Patricia M. Russell (Acciaioli) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family members by her side on January 16, 2021.
Patricia was born November 17,1941 in Pawtucket to the late Henry Acciaioli and Rose (Sevigny).
She had 2 sisters, Constance Connors and Rose Acciaioli and a brother Donald Acciaioli.
She was the wife of the late Roger J. Russell for forty-four years.

Mother of daughters, Tracie A. Russell and Brenda A. Bordieri both of Lincoln, RI and son George E. Russell, II of Whitinsville, MA.
Also survived by her 2 grandsons David J. Bordieri, Jr. and Zachary N. Russell both of Lincoln, RI. Longtime companion Ed Vadnais.
Also survived by 3 nieces Donna Mirza, Kim Wendz, Connie (baby Connie) Connors and 2 nephews, Joseph Connors and Robert Connors.
Pat (Patsy) worked several years at Eileen Darlings Restaurant. She was a cocktail waitress and bartender for over 20 years at the Holiday Inn in Providence and worked in the jewelry industry at Stuppel Industries for many years.
She was an animal lover and even managed to spoil two 2500-pound horses with warm oats every morning at 6AM. She always had huge dogs (Great Danes) that pulled her during her walks through Lincoln Woods. She named her cats after her 2 daughters, Tracie and Brenda. It seemed that all the ASPCA commercials grabbed her heart because she managed to get several coffee cups and yes a t-shirt too!
She loved her “box of wine” and going to the “track”, now known as Twin River. She made sure she played her favorite lottery numbers every day with hopes to win. Loved playing bingo where she had to be sure she had her tape, dabbers, and good luck charms. And Boy when the Acciaioli sisters got together for a bingo night good luck bingo hall, here comes the 3 biggest personalities with the voice to go with it.
But when it came to her grandsons, they could do no wrong. She spent a lot of time taking them out to dinner and often scored free meals, which made the both of them embarrassed. Her biggest wish to be sure she was here for Zachary and David to graduate high school but had hope to see their college graduation. But now she will be there in spirit.
When it came to understanding Pat, you had to be sure you were ready for anything! She had no problem saying it like it is and did not care who was a round! She held that thick-headed personality and never wanted anyone to fuss over her. She was strong right down to the last moment.
A private celebration of life with family members only will be held at Keefe’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, followed by a private burial at Notre Dame Cemetery. All donations should go to ASPCA and Hope Health Hospice.
