Constance P. Vilandre, 97, of Pawtucket, passed peacefully on February 10, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Maurice Vilandre. Born in Pawtucket, RI she was a daughter of the late Albert and Alexina (Frechette) Fournier.
A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, Constance was a devoted communicant of St. John the Baptist Church, where she also received all her religious sacraments. She worked at School House Candy from 1964 until her retirement in 1991.
Constance is survived by a daughter, Marie Brunelle and husband Joseph; a son, Raymond Vilandre; a grandson, Joseph Brunelle; a great-grandson, Gianni Brunelle; and four siblings, Leona Allard, Ora Ciras, Aline LeBlanc and Raoul Fournier. She was the sister of the late Robert, Raymond, Roland and Ozzie Fournier.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 17th at 10:00am in St. John the Baptist Church, 69 Quincy Ave., Pawtucket. Private burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visitation of groups of less than 15 at a time will begin at 8:30am at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
