Maria De Pina Barbosa, 42, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on March 31, 2021. She was the loving wife of Austelino Barbosa. Born in Santiago, Cape Verde she was a daughter of Manuel De Pina and Ines Tavares.
Besides her husband she is survived by two children, Lietson and Jalya; eleven siblings; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday, April 4th from 4:00 – 7:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, April 5th at 10:30am in St. Anthony Church, 32 Lawn Ave., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Due to COVID-19, all are required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
