73, of Smithfield Ave, died peacefully Tuesday at home with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Yvette (Beaulieu) Pina. They have been married for 54 years.
Carol Cable had employed him for 20 years before retiring.
He was a member of the Lincoln Democratic Committee.
Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Richard E. Pina Jr. of Central Falls and Valerien Pina of Pawtucket, Two daughters, Edna Anzevino of Lincoln and Geraldine Gaspar of Cumberland, 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
His funeral will be held Friday at 9:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Edward Church, at 10:30am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends invited, calling hours Thursday 5-8pm.
