Born in Pawtucket, a son of Doris (Gagne) Gaumond of Central Falls and the late Omer Gaumond.
He had been employed in the jewelry industry for many years and was a third degree black belt.
Besides his wife he is survived by five daughters, Tanya, Angel, Stacey, Chrystal and Heather Gaumond,two sons, Michael Gaumond Jr. and John Gaumond, a son in law Scott Arnold and sixteen grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, January 2nd from noon until 2pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
