Eugenia F Neves, age 68 of Providence, Passed away on July 21st, after a Brave battle with Cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brava, Cape Verde. Eugenia was the daughter of the late Adelina S. Fernandes and Manuel G. Fernandes. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Joao M. Neves, her children, Samuel F. Barbosa, Dina F. Neves, Joao M. Neves Jr., and Natalie F. Neves, and her Stepdaughter Kristy L. Pietrolaj. Her Brother Pedro Fernandes and sister Elsie Galvao. She also leaves behind Nine Grandchildren, Davante, Samuel, Silvio, Adelina, Destiny, Jayden, Jermiel, Savanna, and Davinity. Two Great Grandchildren, Dessence, and Dalilah. Eugenia was a devoted Wife and a loving mother. She cherished spending time with all her grandchildren and family. Her love and dedication will be missed forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Wednesday, July 28th from 10:00am- 12:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln. Burial is Private.
