53, of East Providence passed away on December 27, 2010, after a long illness.
He was the son of Bazyli Kurak of Attleboro MA, and the late Marian Kurak.
He is survived by his sisters, Debra Kurak and her fiancé Manuel Lopes of Attleboro MA, Denise Burton and her husband Ed Burton of Warwick. His nieces, Donna-Lee Boisseau of Rumford, and Kristin Wetherall of FL, and three great nieces.
His mass will be held on Wednesday, January 5th, 2011 at 10am at Saint Peter and Paul Cathedral, 30 Fenner Street, Providence, RI; burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Wampanoag Trail, East Providence.
