Francisco C. Gomes, 82, of Pawtucket, RI passed away peacefully on August 26th. He was the son of the late Joaquim and Antonia (Andrade) Gomes. He is survived by his loving wife Emilia Garcia Gomes; three sons Amândio of East Providence, US, David of Algarve, Portugal and Cipriano of Rotterdam, Holland; grandsons Vanderley, Luis, Randy, Jordy of Rhode Island and Jaily and Hernany of Rotterdam; two great-granddaughters Sofia and Isabela; brother John Gomes of Pawtucket; sisters Idalina Dos Reis and Arcangela Lopes of East Providence and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, August 31st from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave., Lincoln. His funeral will begin at 9:00am on Wednesday, September 1st at Keefe Funeral Home with a funeral home service at 11:00am. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
