Gwendolyn Marita Waite, 66, of Providence, RI passed on to be with the lord on Thursday, December 31, 2021. Gwendolyn was born on October 7, 1955 to the late Clarence and Norma Waite. She is survived by 3 children; Deana, Ralph, and Frank; 10 grandchildren; Nomari, Alexis, Jodea, Ralph, Ramell, Amillyon, Amarielle, Azarie, Quran, and Maxine; 10 siblings; Doreen, Drucella, Norma, Deborah, Leslie, Leonard, Walter, Michael, Brian, Kim, Keith (deceased) and, Joanne (deceased); a best friend Annie Dale, and a companion Ivan Rodrigues. She was a wise, courageous, strong-willed, and determined woman who spoke the truth and lived life to its fullest. Gwendolyn was a model whose smile and aura lit up every room she graced with her presence. Her DIVA personality shined brightly through how she dressed, wore her makeup, and danced whenever music was playing. She was the life of the party and will be missed until we see her again...ONE LUV!
The funeral services will be on Sunday, January 9th at 11am at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865.
