Maria loved her Portuguese heritage, but one of her greatest accomplishments was becoming a citizen of the United States in 1986. They loved to travel and were blessed to have the opportunity to travel the world.
Maria’s pleasant personality and great sense of humor was contagious to everyone she met. She dedicated her life to her family and her Catholic faith. She cared, she loved, she laughed and she shined.
