86, passed January 19th. He was the husband of the late of Rose (Joubert) Turcotte.
Born in North Attleboro, a son of the late Lorenzo and Alice (LaCasse) Turcotte.
He had been employed by Carol Cable of Pawtucket for 45 years retiring in 1989. He was educated in the Attleboro and North Attleboro School System.
Leger was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Attleboro and was active at their bingo and feasible. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Seniors Citizens in South Attleboro and the St. Matthews Golden Agers.
He is survived by a daughter, Linda Mazzone of Coventry, a son, Ronald Turcotte of Cumberland, two grandchildren Amy and Eric Turcotte, a great grandson, Zachary Turcotte, two brothers, Rene Turcotte and Normand Turcotte. He was the brother of the late Emile and Robert Turcotte and Henry LaCasse. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Attleboro. Relatives and friends are invited, calling hours will be held Monday from 5-8pm.
