George Emmanuel Tubman Jr, 56, of North Providence, Rhode Island, passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 13th at Our Lady of Fatima hospital. George was born in Monrovia, Liberia to the late George Emmanuel Tubman Sr. and Rachel B. Tubman on October 29, 1965.
Prior to migrating to the U.S, George had many fond memories growing up in Liberia and England.
