Jay P. Gaffney, 60, passed unexpectedly on April 5th, 2022. Born In Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Patrick and Theresa (Nadeau) Gaffney. Jay was employed at the Big Y and previously at the Hannaford’s for many years. He is survived by his siblings Debra Gingras and her husband Edward, Michael J. Gaffney and his wife Patricia, many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in the memory of Jay made to the American Heart Association.
