Octavio Agostinho Cardoso, 54, passed unexpectedly on August 15th at home.
Born in Praia, Cape Verde Octavio was a son of the late Agostino Cardoso and Alice (Monteiro) Cardoso of Praia, Cape Verde.
He was an organizational member of the Berdianos Soccer Team
After immigrated to the United States in 1988, he began a career as a Real Estate and Insurance Agent.
He is survived by two sons, Eric Jimenez Cardoso and Octavio Brito Cardoso, eight siblings, Filomeno M. Cardoso, Ulisses M. Cardoso, Filomena M. Cardoso, Bernardete Cardoso, Maria Cardoso-Cruz, Elisabete M. Cardoso, Eloisa Cardoso Sousa and Renato M. Cardoso and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 19th from 4pm until 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
A Mass of Christion Burial will be held Saturday, August 20th in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, High St., Pawtucket at 11am. Burial will be private. All services Saturday start at the church.
