LaBrosse, Luc R. Age 83, of Lincoln, RI, lost his battle with Alzheimer's disease surrounded by the love of his family on Monday Oct 17, 2022. Luc was the son of the late R. deBlois LaBrosse and the late Emilienne Chandonnet. He was the youngest of four boys who all became Eagle Scouts. The year 1965 was a busy year for Luc. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School and passed the bar. He practiced a rare and loving ministry through his law practice and left many the better for it. He also married Martha that year. They enjoyed 53 years of marriage and she preceded him in death. He is survived by his children Jeanne, Tom and Rich; his grandchildren Samantha Mickelson of ID, Stephen Mickelson of WA, Nicholas Faccenda of RI, 6 additional grand-kids in NC and 4 great grand-kids. He leaves many friends, extended family and a countless number of people his life and practice lifted up. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 15th from 4pm until 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, November 16th in St. Jude Church, Front Street, Lincoln, RI at 10am followed by burial at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket, RI.
We grieve comforted by the certainty he is rejoined with his wife, and his memories of us, in his Lord's embrace.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to help find a cure at Alzheimer's Association or to Saint Antoine’s Residence at Donor Form. Saint Antoine’s cared for Mom and houses the elderly priests of the diocese in need of care.
