Beatriz Olivares, of Barranquilla, Colombia passed peacefully on December 2nd, 2022. She was the wife of the late Manuel Olivares and is survived by her children, Eloisa Malkun, Manuel Olivares II, Alejandra Florez, Alma Olivares, Jaime Olivares, Beatriz Florez, and Edgardo Olivares. She also leaves fifteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Mrs Olivares enjoyed feeding everyone that came to her home and shopping to her hearts content. She would give all she had to make sure her family and friends were well taken care of, no matter the cost. She was a woman devoted to her family and faith. She loved taking care of her grandchildren and was in awe of seeing them grow up and have children of their own, that she would also spoil with love. Whenever she hugged someone, she would remind them how much she loved them all the way past the sun and stars. She will be deeply missed by everyone who was lucky enough to meet her.

Her service will be held Thursday, December 8th at 4-7pm at Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave. Lincoln, RI. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 9th at 9:30am at St Aidan-St. Patrick Church, 1460 Diamond Hill Rd. Cumberland, RI. Burial is private.

Era la esposa del difunto Manuel Olivares y le sobreviven sus hijos, Eloisa Malkun, Manuel Olivares II, Alejandra Florez, Alma Olivares, Jaime Olivares, Beatriz Florez, y Edgardo Olivares. También deja quince nietos y once bisnietos.

La Sra. Olivares disfrutaba darle de comer a todos los que venían a su casa e ir de compras a su gusto. Daría todo lo que tuviera para asegurarse de que su familia y amigos estuvieran bien atendidos, sin importar el costo. Era una mujer entregada a su familia y a su fe. Le encantaba cuidar a sus nietos y estaba asombrada de verlos crecer y tener sus propios hijos, a los que también miraría con amor. Cada vez que abrazaba a alguien, les recordaba cuánto los amaba más allá del sol y las estrellas. Todos los que tuvieron la suerte de conocerla la extrañarán profundamente.

Su servicio se llevará a cabo el jueves 8 de diciembre de 4 a 7 p. m. en Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave. Lincoln, RI. Se llevará a cabo una misa fúnebre el viernes 9 de diciembre a las 9:30 am en la iglesia St. Aidan-St. Patrick, 1460 Diamond Hill Rd. Cumberland, Rhode Island. El entierro es privado.
