52, of Lake St, passed February 25th with his loving wife Elaine (Beland) Forshaw by his side.
Born in Hollywood, Florida, a son of late Richard and Patricia (McGee) Forshaw.
He had been employed as a shipping supervisor at Slater Dye Works, Pawtucket for over 20 years.
Besides his wife he is survived by two brothers, John Forshaw of Florida and Michael Forshaw of Manville and several nieces and nephews. Services will be private.
