William D. Renfrew, 67, of North Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 26, 2023. He was the loving husband of Rae D. (Provost) Renfrew for 46 years. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Archibald G. and Ruth (Worthington) Renfrew.
William was a member of the Teamsters Union for 35 years, and served as President of the Stoney Brook Rod and Gun Club. He loved fishing and boating.
Besides his wife he is survived by a brother, Gregory G. Renfrew; many nieces and grand nephews; and one grandniece. He was the father of the late Dana W. Renfrew and brother of the late Archie J. Renfrew.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Saturday, April 1st from 3:00 – 5:30pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a funeral home service at 5:30pm. Burial is private. In Lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
