Guillermina Garcia, 83, of Pawtucket, passed away on May 8, 2023 in Providence. She was the beloved wife of Pedro Garcia-Alamo for 58 years. Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico she was a daughter of the late Guadalupe and Victoriana (Ruiz) Hernandez.
She is survived by her loving children, Silvia Cordero, Maryvel Cordero, Joe Cordero and his wife Marguerite, Peter Garcia; six grandchildren, Valerie Diaz, Luis Aybar, Melanie Sosa, Melina Sosa, Derek Cordero, Joseph Cordero; three great-grandchildren, Ariana Barbosa, Sofia Barbosa, Ciara Cordero; three siblings, Minerva Carrion, Sandra Almeyda and Dominga Hernandez. She was the sister of the late Regalado and Pablo Hernandez.
Her funeral will begin at 8:30am on Wednesday, May 17th from Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. John the Baptist Church, 69 Quincy Ave., Pawtucket. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 16th from 5:00 – 7:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
