Joan B. Martin, 87, passed peacefully at Harris Health Care North on May 26, 2023. Born in Lincoln, RI she was daughter of the late Treffle and Anabella (Knowles) Martin.
She had been employed by McCoy Oil, and its successors Dubois Oil and Petro Oil.
Joan enjoyed needlepoint and various crafts, she was an avid reader and assisted her sister Rosemary with whom she resided until her passing, with the beautiful gardens that they were known for.
She survived by her loving caregivers and friends, Maureen and Joseph Panaccione and several cousins. She was the loving sister of the late Rosemary Martin.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 9am until 10am followed by a service in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
