In loving memory of Frank D. Penardo, Jr, 55, passed away on July 1st 2023 in the presence of family and friends.
He was survived by his mother Joyce Higham, father Woodson Higham, son Robert Bastic, daughters Abigayle Bopp and Alexiana Penardo, sister Crystal Higham, and his 3 grandchildren, Mark, Vera and Mason. He is proceeded in death by his father, Frank D Penardo Sr and also his brother Mark A Higham. Frank was a loyal employee for the Town of Lincoln for over 15 years and was very well loved and respected.
Visitation will be held at The Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson ave. Lincoln on Monday, July 10th from 4pm-8pm. His Funeral will begin Tuesday, July 11th from the Keefe Funeral Home at 8:30am. Burial will follow in St. Anns Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Lifespan Cancer Institute.
