Dulce "Dui" Barbosa, 67 of Brockton, MA passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 2, 2023, in Brockton, MA.
Dulce was born in Brava, Cape Verde to Benvinda Ramos Gomes and Francisco Feijoo “Chico” Barbosa on February 12, 1956. Dulce is survived by her brothers and sisters, Gabriele Barbosa, Aldaberto Barbosa, Eurico Barbosa, Celeste Gomes, Marta Dos Santos, Carlota Barbosa, John Barbosa, Francisco Barbosa, Ulysses Barbosa, and Cathlene Barbosa. Dulce also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.
To know her was to love her. Dulce Barbosa was a loving and natural caregiver, and she will always be remembered by her infectious laugh, big heart, and kind spirit. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, August 7, 2023 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, RI.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 begining with visitation from 9:00am to 10:00am followed by a funeral home service at 10:00am. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence.
