Milbert H. (Clements) Barrows, 94, of Providence, passed away peacefully on October 14. 2023. She was the beloved wife of John Barrows. Born in Henderson, NC she was a daughter of the late Harvey L. and Jane C. (Davis) Clements. She is survived by a loving son Lenny Barrows: one granddaughter, Juanita Price: two great-grandchildren, Brandon Price and Jazmine Price: Companion of Jazmine Price, Michael Adesuyi: three great great grandchildren Zuriya. Zahair, and Jaliden; siblings. Mollie Sylvester, Myrna Clements, Harvey Clements, Alice Pete, Carolyn Clements, Carlton Clements, Lisa Patterson as Viola Mitchner: and a hot of nieces and nephews.
