Nilda Maria Carvalho Teixeira, 48, of Pawtucket, RI passed away on October 19th, 2023. Born in Fogo, Cape Verde to the late Manuel Teixeria and Julia Carvalho.
She is survived by her children Jose Gomes, Gelson De Barros, Gilson De Barros, Gilmara De Barros, siblings Maria, Adilson, Odair, Laura, Eugenia, Jaime, Aerolanda, Briguel, Braimo, Djulay, two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Nilda loved listening to music, dancing, and her red lipstick when she went out. She was a hardworking woman and always did the best for her children. She was friendly to everyone and will be missed dearly.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Calling hours Sunday, October 29th, 2023, from 4pm-7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. Her funeral will begin Monday, October 30th, 2023, DIRECTLY at St. Anthony Church, 32 Lawn Ave. Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will follow in Rumford Cemetery, Rumford RI.
