Juan Rivera, 65, died peacefully on December 29, 2023 after a long illness.
Born in Mexico, he was the son of the late Fernando Rivera Maravilla and Rosa (Ruiz) Rivera.
He was the longtime companion of Jennet Kirschenbaum and had been employed as a laborer for many years.
He was a hard-working compassionate man of faith, residing the past 20 years in RI. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at the RI Free Clinic, the medical staff at RI Hospital and HopeHealth Hospice for their dedicated support.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 6pm until 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private in North Burial Ground, Providence.
