Anaia Lisseth Ramirez Arriaza, 4 months, passed away in the loving arms of her parents on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Boston Children’s Hospital, after a courageous fight with Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD). She is survived by her parents, Richard Ramirez and Alexia Arriaza of Johnston, RI; her brother Richard J. Ramirez; her maternal grandparents, Jose and Edna Arriaza; her paternal grandparents Jaime and Maritza Ramirez; her aunts, Mirella Arriaza, Katherine Yubran, Kimberly Ramirez, and Genesis Ramirez; and her uncles Luisangel Arriaza and Habner Ramirez.
Anaia was born on August 30 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts. She loved spending time with her parents and her brother. Anaia loved her crib mobile, Minnie Mouse, and music. She enjoyed when her brother would read to her. She loved head rubs and getting her hair brushed. Anaia loved when her parents and her brother would call her princess and give her kisses. Anaia’s smile would light up the room and will forever light up her family’s hearts.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 2nd, 2024 from 5pm-8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. Her funeral will be Saturday, February 3rd, 2024 held directly at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston RI at 10am.
