96, of One Mendon Rd. Cumberland, passed peacefully Tuesday December 2nd at the Steere House in Providence, with her loving family by her side.

Antoinette was the wife of the late Stephen J. Tierney Sr.

Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Wilfred and Mary V. (Larance) Varieur.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Cecile Lapham and her husband Donald of N. Attleboro, MA, Mary Kulick and her husband John, of Fort Meyers, FL,.A son, Stephen J. Tierney and his wife Karen of Cumberland. 9 grandchildren, Debra Pereira, Rachel Oakley, Susan Lapham, Cecile Xavier, Stephen J. Tierney III, Shawn Tierney, Kevin Tierney, Sabrina Chiang, and Shane Kulick, 16 great-grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter and many nieces, nephews and their families.

Antoinette was the sister of the late Wilfred Varieur, Blanche Savaria, Beatrice Lawrence, Florence Donovan, and Rosalda Lemieux. She was grandmother of the late Jodie Lynn Kulick and great-grandmother of the late Dylan P. Lapham.

Her funeral will be held Saturday December 6th at 8:15am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Jude Church, Front St, Lincoln at 9:30am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends invited. Calling hours Friday 5-8pm.
