"Sarge", 64, of Rhode Island Ave, passed April 17th at the VA Hospital.
He was the son of Rose (Delphe) Ousley and the late Edward J. Velzis. Kenneth was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by two daughters, Gina Velzis and Colleen Wallace, a son, Kenneth Velzis Jr, four brothers, Edward, Richard, and Ronald Velzis and James Ousley and a sister, Sandra Ousley.
Committal prayers followed by Military Honors will be
held Thursday at 2pm in the Chapel of the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are to assemble prior to this time at the Administration Building parking area.
