Kathy Fernandes of Pawtucket RI who resided in Brockton Ma passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 7, 2024.

She was the beloved daughter of Carolina and Estevao Ramos, granddaughter of the late Idilia and Jose Costa, as well as the late Cipriano Estevao and survived by María Isabel Ramos. Kathy is also survived by her husband Vladimir Fernandes , 3 sons, 3 step sons, 1 step daughter , 3 nieces, 1 nephew and 2 brothers. She was adored by many cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.

Kathy was the epitome of a fun, loving, caring women who always put her family first. She loved to cook, dance, and was in her glory spending time with family whether it be a holiday or occasional get together. Being near the ocean was always her safe place!!

She will forever be missed but will live on in our hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

As she would say
“ It’s not goodbye, it’s I’ll see you later !!
Never the less, she was the goddaughter of the late John Costa Sr and survived by her godmother Ilda Almeida.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 4pm-7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 directly at St. Jude Catholic Church, 301 Front St. Lincoln at 10am. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
