Oliveiro Pereira, 84, passed away peacefully on May 26th, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Brava, Cape Verde to the late Eduino and Ana (Fernandes) Pereira. He is the husband of Manuela Pereira. Oliveiro worked at Brown University as a Chef for many years. He is survived by his two sons John Pereira, Carlos Pereira, one daughter the late Nui Pereira, three stepsons, a stepdaughter, four grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, three brothers, a sister and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Thursday, May 30th from 4pm-7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. His funeral will be held on Friday, May 31st starting DIRECTLY at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 290 High St. Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Riverside.
