Kathy Lee Gorton, 70, of Cumberland, RI passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 5, 2024. Born in Dade County, FL on July 8, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Shirley and George Graham. She was the sister of the late Micheal Graham, and the late Richard Furtado. Kathy is survived by her beloved husband and best friend for 50 years. Her daughter Melissa Palmer, and her husband Leo Palmer Jr, of Knoxville, TN and her Granddaughter, Destiny Lee Campbell, of Knoxville, TN. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews that loved her.
Her family was her first love. Kathy enjoyed movies and music. Hearing her sing was a pure joy for those of us who heard her. She was a true animal lover. Kathy worked hard most of her life in the jewelry production industry.
She will be missed dearly by all of her family and friends.
Her family is honoring her wishes to forego a funeral or service.
