William J. Horrocks, a beloved son, brother, father, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on November 18, 2024. Born in Providence, he was the cherished son of Marsha (Famiglietti) Horrocks and the late William O. Bouley. He is survived by his beloved son, Devin Chancey, who was the light of his life. Billy also leaves behind his beloved sister, Keri Antaya, and a nephew, Dylan Antaya. Additionally, he is survived by his step-sisters, Ashley and Jaylene, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who supported and loved him throughout his life.

For many years, Billy found joy in various pursuits that defined his character. He was a passionate New York Yankees fan and enjoyed watching baseball games, especially when the Boston Red Sox lost. Although a New England Patriots fan at one time, he enjoyed watching Tom Brady play for Tampa Bay and continued to root for the Buccaneers.

Billy had a profound appreciation for food and always enjoyed dining out, especially at upscale restaurants. He loved to cook and grill for his family and friends. His love for animals, especially dogs, was a testament to his caring and compassionate nature.

Among his many interests, Billy excelled at bowling for many years. The sport brought him joy and camaraderie, along with bragging rights. He cherished the memories made on the lanes and was recognized for setting high scoring games.

Billy had an infectious smile and could make anyone laugh. He was a kid at heart and full of energy. He would light up a room with his silly demeanor and enjoyed pranking his friends at work.

As we celebrate Billy’s life, we reflect on the enduring mark he has left on our hearts. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the countless lives he touched.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, November 23rd from 4:00 – 7:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a funeral home service at 7:00pm. Burial will be private.
