Ruben Yulfo, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, 71, passed away peacefully at home in Central Falls, RI surrounded by loved ones on February 8th, 2025.

Ruben was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to Juan Yulfo and Carmen Yulfo on November 22nd, 1953. Also lovingly known as Chamen, grandpa, and papa, he took pride in everything he did. He loved nature, he enjoyed being outdoors fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife Gloria Yulfo whom he was married to for 48 years, his four sons: Ruben Yulfo, Alberto Yulfo, Miguel Yulfo, and Anthony Yulfo. As well as his siblings Juan, Robert, Carmen, Nereida, Luciano, and Miguel. He is preceded in death by his parents Juan Yulfo and Carmen Yulfo and sister Sonia.

Ruben was a man who would give the shirt off his back if you asked. Dedicated to helping his family, friends, and community, he was the person you called when you needed help. He was loud and funny, always trying to make people laugh and smile. Ruben was supportive, loyal and encouraging to the people he loved. He was truly one of the greatest men, he made a significant impact and left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He loved his family and friends deeply and that love will always be felt.

Visitation will be held at the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln, RI on Wednesday February 12th, 2025 from 4pm-7pm. Burial private.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all those that helped and supported during this time. While our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing he is resting. We all love you and will miss you forever.
