He is survived by his son, Quincy Soares, three brothers, Joe Soares, Tony Soares and John Soares, a sister, Rosa Osborne and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Monday at 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St Edward Church, Weeden St, Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Relatives and friends are invited, calling hours will be held Sunday from 6 to9pm.
