Irving Vincent Dolan 97, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully at Saint Antoine Residence North Smithfield, R.I. on February 27, 2026. Irving was the husband of the late Mary (Berouty) Dolan, and father of the late Nancy A. Buss. Irving is survived by his son William I. Dolan and daughter-in-law Grace A. Dolan of Oakland, Maine. He is also survived by his son-in-law Joseph F. Buss of Lincoln.

Born in Pawtucket on June 24, 1928, Irving was the son of John and Jenny (Dooley) Dolan, and brother of the late John, James, Francis, Raymond, Elizabeth Forsher and Mildred Connors.

Irving is survived by granddaughters Jenny D’Agostino and husband Edward of Lincoln, Dr. Katie Buss and husband Jude of Ohio, Dr. Emily Gierer and husband Vincent of Connecticut, Jamie Nazareth and husband Christopher of Massachusetts, great-granddaughters: Ivy, Julia, Charlotte, Mairead, Bailey, Josephine, and Emilia along with great-grandsons Forest and Edward Jr.

A Memorial service will be held at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln, R.I. on Sunday, March 22nd from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
