Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Gloria (Mattera) Paquette and the late Roland Paquette.
She had been employed as a Nurse's Aide for many years.
Besides her husband and mother she is survived by a son, John R. Ferriera, a step daughter, Chreva McCellan, two sisters, JoAnn Grandchamp and Carol Paquette and a brother, Roland Paquette.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
