82, passed suddenly on October 18th. He was the husband of the late Germaine (Fournier) Marceau for 55 years.
Born in Central Falls, the son of the late Alverez and Felixina (Lemoine) Marceau.
Norman had been employed by the Whittet-Higgins Company for many years. He was a member of the Cumberland-Lincoln Chorus and St. Jude Church Choir for 20 years and enjoyed attending Lincoln sporting events with family and friends.
He is survived by a daughter, Diane Brown and her husband Kevin, and a son, Russell Marceau and his wife Deborah, all of Lincoln, five grandchildren, Ryan and Steven Brown, Loren Sahay, Brad and Thomas Marceau. He was the father of the late Ronnie Marceau and was the brother of Doris Larocque of Rumford, Elaine Lethbridge of East Providence and was the brother late Lorraine Grandidge, Alvarez Marceau, Jr., Raymond Marceau, Claire LaVornia, Marcella Hevey, Jeanette Marceau, Muriel Marceau and Elaise R. Mullen.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 4 to 6pm followed by a service at 6pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln Burial will be private in St. Ambrose Cemetery, Albion. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the RI Special Olympics, 33 College Hill Rd, #31, Warwick, RI 02886.
